She has successfully worked for many years in Australia and the Philippines, as a Safety Officer and Union Representative with large private international organisations and companies.

Azucena is a sophisticated international spokesperson, current Board member of several community organisations, highly motivated to develop our client base, through professional connections and dedication to quality client services.

Ruth Johnson, a highly skilled and experienced Co-Mediator. She is passionate about achieving best results for her clients.

Ruth is also a Legal Practitioner, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) trained in Collaborative Practice, Elder Mediation and Child Centred and a Child Focused Certified Divorce Coach. She works with women and vulnerable multicultural families, does not give legal advice for Mediation clients, and can provide referrals to local Legal Practitioners in your area, for legal advice before the Initial Assessment.

Rose holds degrees of Bachelor of Counselling, Diploma of Management and in Family Group Conferencing facilitation. Carl Albrecht MSc (OSHEM) UWS. Dip LM is a highly motivated and qualified WHS analyst specialising in practical solutions. An experienced and qualified WHS principal auditor. He is a Chartered Generalist OHS Professional Member of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety and has qualifications as a Noise Assessor, Audiometric Tester, Return to Work Coordinator and Low-voltage rescue. Additionally, he has been a NRL Level 2 First aid/Trainer since 2011.
