Azucena Piosik
Public Relations Manager
Azucena has competently completed training in Management, Human Resources, First Aid and has a current National Criminal Clearance Certificate and is also registered to work with Children and the Elderly. She has successfully worked for many years in Australia and the Philippines, as a Safety Officer and Union Representative with large private international organisations and companies.
Azucena is a sophisticated international spokesperson, current Board member of several community organisations, highly motivated to develop our client base, through professional connections and dedication to quality client services.
Ruth Johnson
Co-Mediator
Ruth Johnson (LLM), is a motivated, skilled, and qualified Mediator. She is passionate about achieving the best results for her clients.
Ruth is also a Legal Practitioner, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) trained in Collaborative Practice, Elder Mediation and Child Centred and a Child Focused Certified Divorce Coach, Certified in Conflict Management for One (CM-1) at Tools legal. If mediation does not work Ruth also provides one-on-one coaching. Ruth works with women and vulnerable multicultural families. Ruth does not give legal advice for Mediation clients and can provide referrals to local Legal Practitioners in your area, for legal advice.

She is professional, highly qualified in Co-Mediation, Management, Training, a Senior Family Resolution Practitioner, Child focus Consultant, a strong advocate against violence and a Mental Health First Aid Instructor. Rose holds degrees of Bachelor of Counselling, Diploma of Management and in Family Group Conferencing facilitation.

Carl Albrecht

Carl Albrecht MSc (OSHEM) UWS. Dip LM is a highly motivated and qualified WHS analyst specialising in practical solutions. An experienced and qualified WHS principal auditor. He is a Chartered Generalist OHS Professional Member of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety and has qualifications as a Noise Assessor, Audiometric Tester, Return to Work Coordinator and Low-voltage rescue. Additionally, he has been a NRL Level 2 First aid/Trainer since 2011.

Jeane is child-focused and future-focused, assisting families and individuals to navigate challenges and transitions to not only survive but to thrive. Jeane is skilled in providing support during emotional overwhelm of grief, loss, hurt, anxiety and uncertainty. Certified in Conflict Management for One (CM-1), Jeane can provide one-on-one support.

Helen Miedzinski
Helen Miedzinski is a highly accomplished Mediator (NMAS accredited), Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, Lawyer and Conflict Coach. Helen is the principal lawyer and mediator at H A Miedzinski Lawyers and is the co-founder of Family Law Mediations which tailors personalised and individual Family Law dispute resolution services.
Helen has extensive legal knowledge working in the legal faculty for over thirty-five years as well as a deep understanding in the Alternate Dispute resolution processes creating an ideal balance in assisting clients, she has a real passion working to help families, businesses and the community, with her diverse mediational skills.
Helen serves on numerous professional panels as a mediator including the NSW Law Society Family Law Settlement Services, Legal Aid of NSW, Small Business & Family Enterprise Ombudsman and Rural Assistance Authority Panel (Farm debt). Helen is a coach for Alternate Dispute Resolution courses at the College of Law, Relationships Australia and Bond University Queensland, as well as adjudicating Nationally and internationally Mediation Competitions in Goa India. Helen is also involved in a voluntary project working in Mongolia educating and training Judicial Officers and other professionals in Alternate Dispute Resolution, applying her extensive experiences and skills with various cultures and beliefs.
Helen is passionate about training, mentoring and supporting new mediators. In 2018 she started a mentor and support group in her local community for newly admitted mediators and Family dispute resolution practitioners.
Peter Hanson

Peter (MCMR) is highly qualified as a Conflict Specialist, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP), Parenting Coordinator and Conflict Coach with 20+ years’ experience in conflict resolution and has facilitated more than 1,000 mediations.
Peter is a specialist in high-conflict parenting disputes and property settlement. Peter is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and the families they grow up in.
Peter is an Accredited Mediator with the Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards (AMDRAS) and is a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) with the Federal Attorney General.
